DK88 Terms of Use: Accounts, Stakes and Curaçao Law

These Terms of Use set out the rules governing your access to dk88 Malaysia and the use of the DK88 platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you accept these Terms in full and agree to comply with every condition set out below.

The sections that follow cover eligibility, prohibited territories, account rules, betting and payout limits, and the governing law of any dispute arising from your use of dk88.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

Each user is entitled to one account at dk88 Malaysia. Registration under a false identity, on behalf of another person, or by any individual below the minimum age is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Prohibited Territories

Access to dk88 is not permitted from certain jurisdictions. Users residing in, or accessing the platform from, any of the territories listed below are excluded from registration, deposit, wagering, and withdrawal activity.

Accounts opened from a Prohibited Territory will be closed on detection, and any balance may be withheld in accordance with the Terms.

Account Rules

Each dk88 Malaysia account is personal, non-transferable, and subject to a single-account rule. The following behaviours constitute a breach of the Terms and result in the Wagering Contract being declared void, with any related winnings forfeited.

Prohibited account conduct at dk88:

• Holding, opening, or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or that of another person.
• Participating in coordinated group play designed to exploit promotional offers.
• Initiating fraudulent transactions or chargebacks against deposits made to the platform.
• Colluding with other users to influence the outcome of games, tournaments, or bonus mechanics.

We reserve the right to close any account at our discretion in accordance with the Terms. Where an account is closed, any remaining balance is returned to the user, less applicable withdrawal fees, provided no breach of these Terms is under review.

Betting and Payout Limits

All wagering activity at dk88 Malaysia is subject to the minimum and maximum limits established under the Terms. The platform’s base operating currency is USD, while user balances are displayed in Malaysian ringgit (MYR); the applicable limits are stated in USD in the Terms and converted to MYR at the point of transaction.

Standard limits under the Terms:

• Minimum stake: USD 1 per bet.
• Maximum single win: USD 1,000,000 per payout, jackpots included.
• Minimum deposit: USD 5 default, or the higher amount displayed at the point of deposit.
• Maximum deposit per transaction: determined by the payment provider used.

Where a bet or payout would exceed the stated limits, the transaction is capped at the applicable maximum.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of Curaçao, where DK88 is licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including questions relating to their existence, validity, or termination, is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao.

Where these Terms are made available in more than one language, the English-language version prevails in the event of any discrepancy between versions. The list of sanctioned jurisdictions referenced under Prohibited Territories is maintained by the operator in line with its Curaçao licence.
